At CHIC, all members are strongly encouraged to participate in the growth of the club. It is through the active participation that the members can have a sense of ownership, and that they have something at stake with the club. This will snowball into more passion, more commitment, and contribute to the retention of the members. These committees are lead mostly by the Excom officers. The objective of each committee is also straightforwardly related to the duties of the officer position-with the exception of the Event-Organization Committee.
